Hey
This is a real great collection of mini bikes. Congratulation. Beside this you´re living on the best island for driving mini bikes. I´ve been to corse for three times and the island is ful of narrow streets and curves. There is no reason to drive with 100 ps ore more. Small bikes are the best to enjoy corse.

Greetings from Vienna....

Hi
Thank you very much
Corsica is very cool indeed, warm weather and nice roads.
Extra power is necessary sometimes though, especially when you want to ride in the mountains, that's why my Daxes are a little boosted :)
Red one is 88cc with race cylinder head and PE24 carb, yellow one is 85cc with PC20 carb and custom one is 72cc with PB18 carb.
Monkeybikes are all 50cc.
Please let me know when you come again :bounce:
We're creating a "minibikes friendly" network here, first with local garages and later with hotels and other holidays stuff.
There are already two garages that can fix visitors bikes: Wackocycles in Ajaccio (our headquarter) and Nitro bikes in Bastia.
Here's a video showing 2 friends from Hyères who came and visited me 2 weeks ago
http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xdsw92 ... -2010_auto
They used barely stock chinese replicas, 125 and 50cc
Here are some post on our forum about trips with nice pictures and videos

Sorry for French language

Thank yo for the videos... they are great and not long enough!!!
I was there in the 80th with my Vespa PX200 and my Yamaha Xt500. The west coast made me absolutely crazy... after every curve annother landscape and stone formations and between that the blue sea...I could really cry :bounce: . Scala Santa Regina where I could bath in the river between the smooth stones or the Bavella mountains (didn´t I see them in the video ?), Bains de Caldane where I sat in the hot water and was total stoned afterwards.... and so on and so on...............................
Please inform uns (me) about your hotel projects ...

Best Greetings

Hi
Thank you very much for nice comments.
Here's a video taken last month on the port, the owner of the restaurant is a biker therefore we usually have lunch there.

Another video showing me riding my Z50J2 on the port and downtown, the tall black girl practicing rollers at the end of the video is a dancer who worked with me (I'm also a DJ)

And some pictures showing vespa riders from perpignan, south west France, who came last week, they used old models with PX200 engines

Very nice bikes in the first video. Especialliy the military edition an the last bike (however this is not a pit bike ;-))

Many of our Vespa driver here drive PX engines in their old Vespas - its more reliable.
The trailer on the last picture is a PAV trailer from CZ. They really fit to a Vespa and mabye also to a Dax but I think even too large for a Monkey.

Hi
Thanks for comment, the last bike is a honda motra, made for domestic market in the 80's
It's a 50cc with a reductor on the gear box, you can choose between long and short ratio using a lever on the left carter
I would like to find a trailer like the PAV but don't know if they're still available.
Cheers

PAV trailer are not being built any more. You can only find them at ebay or mabye at the germanscooterforum

You can also find something here
http://www.jawamarkt.cz/pav-anhanger/strana-1 - here you can write to him - mabye he can find one.
http://www.sammlerboerse.at/php/detail/1364551

At least the price for a good PAV is around 500€.

Hi
Ok, I contacted the seller, he's a nice guy located in Austria
basically there are many missing parts that are really difficult to find out of Czech republic and the shipping fees would be pretty expensive (even if I ask a friend of mine who's local director or the GLS agency in ajaccio)
so, well, don't know exactly what to do because the price would increase, I will try to negociate a little
to be continued
cheers
